By using myPDF2Excel (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

myPDF2Excel is a free, browser-based tool that converts PDF tables to Excel spreadsheets. All processing occurs client-side — no files are uploaded to any server.

No Account Required

The Service requires no registration, account creation, or personal information to use.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the legal right to process any PDF files you use with the Service
  • Not using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Understanding that the Service processes files entirely in your browser

Intellectual Property

The myPDF2Excel software, including its source code, design, and branding, is open source and available on GitHub. Files you process through the Service remain your property.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • The conversion will be error-free or produce perfect results
  • The Service will be uninterrupted or available at all times
  • Extracted data will be 100% accurate for all PDF types

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PDF TO EXCEL CONVERTER AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with:

  • Google Fonts — Font delivery
  • Google Analytics — Usage analytics (via Partytown)
  • Google AdSense — Advertising

These services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
